Immediate Puffing Technique Adjustments
The most frequent cause of sudden loud noise is a change in how you are inhaling. If you are taking excessively long, hard, or deep draws, you are forcing far more e-liquid into the heating coil than it can vaporize instantly. This leads to liquid flooding the atomizer, which then boils and pops loudly, creating that distinct crackling or gurgling sound. The first step is to slow down. Shorten your draw duration to a moderate, steady pace, using a gentler suction force. This allows the coil to keep up with the liquid feed rate, preventing flooding and reducing the violent boiling noise.
Clearing Excess Liquid and Internal Pressure Buildup
